Over the years I have worked with various galleries in the Netherlands and abroad. The Pobeda gallery in Moscow, Cook Fine Art in New York, Galeria Omar Alonso in Puerto Vallarta, Pfundt in Berlin, Wave Gallery in Brescia, Eduard Planting Fine Art Gallery and Fotogalerie Utrecht in the Netherlands. My work has been exhibited at many national and international art fairs, for example Paris Photo, Miami Photo, Amsterdam Art, Realisme and Rotterdam Comtemporary. The Water Portraits  has been nominated for the Photographic Portrait Prize of the National Portrait Gallery in London and the Prix Photographique BMW - Paris Photo. The Hens and Roosters series has been distinguished by DUPHO with an honorable mention. My work is in many private collections, including the Caldic Collection of Joop Caldenborgh, founder of Museum Voorlinden in Wassenaar. Recent years I have participated in many Photo Art festivals such as Kievfotocom , International Festival of Photography in Lodz, Epson Photo Festival Naarden and more.

To guarantee the authenticity of the artwork the print comes with a signed certificate of authenticity and a sticker to attach to the back of the framed print. Certificate and sticker will be sent separately from the print. Together they guarantee the authenticity of the artwork to be a Fine Art Photography Print by Alex ten Napel Fine Art Photography in Amsterdam and an edition print from the series Hens and Roosters, Water Portraits or Portraits of Flowers.

The portraits on the website have a low resolution to prevent copying and make the website work efficiently. However, the fine art prints have the incredible image power of high resolution images and an unprecedented visual language due to a beautiful sharpness, detail and color in the small and large formats.

I develop the digital images myself, the printing and assessment of the fine art print are also in my hands so only prints that have been approved by me leave my studio.
